Shipping Policy – Lost & Damaged Packages
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders may ship from multiple warehouse locations depending on product availability. Items within the same order may arrive separately.
To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions, we reserve the right to review, hold, or cancel any order where the shipping address does not match the billing address. Additional verification may be required before shipment. Orders flagged as high-risk or unverifiable may be denied and refunded at our discretion.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping within the continental United States. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed once an order has shipped.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout.
Shipping Protection covers:

Packages lost in transit

Carrier-damaged items
Shipping Protection does not cover theft after a package has been marked delivered by the carrier.
Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Lost in Transit
If a package is not delivered and tracking does not show “Delivered”:

We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation.

Carrier investigations may take 5–15 business days.

Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or refund.
Delivered but Missing Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:

Customers should check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location.

Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery confirmation details.
Packages confirmed as delivered are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct billing and shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for reimbursement.
