Return & Refund Policy

Full Circle Garage offers limited returns on non-sensitive, non-electronic items to ensure fair resolution of shipping or order errors, while maintaining strict protections for sensitive performance components.

15-Day Return Eligibility (Non-Sensitive Items Only)

The following items may be eligible for return within 15 days of delivery, subject to approval:

  • Non-electrical, non-fuel system, non-electronic hardware

  • Apparel or merchandise (if applicable)

  • Items that were shipped incorrectly or packaged in error

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Item must show no signs of installation, modification, or handling beyond inspection

  • Return must be authorized in writing prior to shipment

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items (Strict)

Due to their sensitive and safety-critical nature, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, except as handled under manufacturer warranty:

  • Fuel system components (including pumps, injectors, regulators, rails, filters)

  • Electrical components, wiring, sensors, relays, modules, and controllers

  • ECUs, engine management hardware, electronic accessories, and related components

  • Any item that has been installed, test-fitted, powered, wired, fueled, programmed, modified, or shows signs of use

  • Custom-built, special-order, or made-to-order items

Wrong Item Shipped or Order Error

If Full Circle Garage ships an incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery

  • The item must remain unused and in original packaging

We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund once the incorrect item is returned.

Items Ordered in Error by Customer

Items ordered incorrectly by the customer may be eligible for return only if they qualify as a non-sensitive item and meet all return conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Manufacturer Defects & DOA Handling

Products believed to be defective or dead on arrival are handled exclusively through the manufacturer’s warranty process, not as standard returns.

  • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Item must be uninstalled and unpowered

  • Replacement only; refunds are not provided

  • Subject to manufacturer inspection and approval

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
