Dispute Resolution

Customers agree to contact Full Circle Garage prior to filing any chargeback to allow us the opportunity to resolve concerns.

Chargeback Abuse

Filing a chargeback for:

  • Delivered goods
  • Non-returnable items
  • Items disclosed as final sale
  • Products damaged due to installation or use

constitutes chargeback abuse.

Evidence Submission

We reserve the right to submit all available evidence to payment processors and financial institutions, including:

  • Order confirmations and invoices
  • Delivery confirmation and carrier records
  • IP address and device data
  • Policy acknowledgments and checkout records

Accounts associated with abusive chargeback activity may be permanently banned.
