Dispute Resolution
Customers agree to contact Full Circle Garage prior to filing any chargeback to allow us the opportunity to resolve concerns.
Chargeback Abuse
Filing a chargeback for:
- Delivered goods
- Non-returnable items
- Items disclosed as final sale
- Products damaged due to installation or use
constitutes chargeback abuse.
Evidence Submission
We reserve the right to submit all available evidence to payment processors and financial institutions, including:
- Order confirmations and invoices
- Delivery confirmation and carrier records
- IP address and device data
- Policy acknowledgments and checkout records
Accounts associated with abusive chargeback activity may be permanently banned.
