Chasing 8s with the 240SX | EP. 1 — New Plumbing
Share
In this episode of Chasing 8s with the 240SX, we’re kicking off EP1 in the garage by upgrading one of the most important parts of the car: the plumbing system. The old fittings and hoses were due for an upgrade — not only to clean up the bay, but to make sure the setup is ready to safely handle E85 as we keep pushing this KA-T combo forward.
We’re installing PTFE 6AN and 8AN lines to get everything stronger, cleaner, and more reliable before we turn things up. Current Setup: 240SX — KA24E Turbo: BorgWarner SXE 66/68 Transmission: Z32/RB Frankenstein w/ PPG Gear Set + billet midplate Rear Diff: Ford Explorer 8.8 w/ DSS Pro Level axles Suspension: IDS drag coilovers (front + rear) Big shoutout to ColorFittings for sponsoring this episode — you can check them out on thefullcirclegarage.com.

Next Episode: We’re stepping it up with a Frenchy’s Performance Garage billet dual fuel pump assembly to keep fuel supply solid on E85 when the boost goes up. More builds, fixes, racing, and cinematic car content coming soon.
